:( + ? = :D

 We all feel sad sometimes or sick. Even if you think that right now you are the happiest and the luckiest person in the whole world, one day you might not feel so good. It happens to me as well.
 So here are my tips how to boost your mood :D

  1.  Go for a walk. Fresh air helps. With oxygen your brain cells renew. Will come new ideas, new way of thinking. And everything that seemed so terrible and bad won't look like that anymore after a little walk.
  2. Jog, run, do some exercises. It will make your blood run faster in your veins and will bring the influx of energy and a lot of positive emotions.
  3. Watch a comedy. Laughter heals.
  4. Listen to some super positive music like "Happy" by Pharrell Williams. Positive mind.
  5. Meet your friends and have fun together. Change of air always helps and it will make some new sweet memories if you'll spend this time together good. So the next time you feel sad you'll be able to remember about the good times and forget your sadness. 
  6. Eat some chocolate/sweets. Hormone of happiness.
  7. Pray/Meditate. May be this sad time of your life is given to you by fate for you to understand something or to change something.
